Butones Jewelry pieces are repurposed from authentic designer materials sourced from previously owned items. Because of their nature, each piece may carry small signs of its previous life, which are part of the story and character of repurposed design.

Every piece is listed with detailed descriptions and clear photos so you can review it carefully before purchasing. If you would like to see additional photos for any Instagram sale, you are welcome to request them via Instagram DM before purchasing.

Please take the time to read the full description, review sizing, and examine all photos carefully, as purchases cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Exemptions

Butones Jewelry offers free repair, credit or exchange only on defective items. On rare occasion that you received a defective jewelry, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for repair, credit, or exchange.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and returned in its original packaging.

Once the item is received, it will be carefully inspected. Butones Jewelry will then notify you whether the request for repair, credit, or exchange has been approved or declined.

Alterations & Repairs

There will be a fee for all Butones Jewelry that needs alterations after receipt (size, style, etc.) and for all Butones Jewelry that needs repairs after being used.

Return Shipping Cost

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Butones Jewelry will only pay for the shipping cost of unused jewelry that needed to be repaired due to defects.

Our jewelry are made from used, previously owned, purchased new directly from the fashion houses or second-hand authentic designer items purchased lawfully on the secondary authorized reseller or market and lawfully recycled or repurposed. Butones Jewelry does not claim any rights on any luxury designer symbol, any luxury designer trademark, or any other related mark.

Butones Jewelry reserve the right to refuse service or refund purchases at any given time, without prior notice, at their discretion.
